Our AGM was held last Friday evening.

Our  Board for the 2014-2015  is as follows:

*It was voted by the committee that households would  go forward and share votes so that more

community persons could become voting members.

Outstanding Volunteer Appreciation AWARD

The Philip Dodds Memorial award in recognition of Volunteer service to the community of Athol Township was awarded this year to our Treasurer Lily Lee.  Lily has diligently and expertly for the past 2 years produced excellent financial reports and budgets for the Committee,  which has been crucial in the smooth operation of all the Committee does.

We are also grateful that she has thankfully agreed to continue to do so for  this coming year.

  She has also been present at almost every event diligently helping out in many aspects and has been  a major contributor to the success of the Athol Recreation Centre as a whole.

Well deserved Lily!

Lily Lee of Cherry Valley is  awarded the Philip Dodds Memorial Award presented by Glen Wallis voting member and resident of Cherry Valley .  The photo on the wall to the right is of Mr. Dodds past editor of the Picton Gazette and late Cherry Valley resident.
