The Athol Recreation Centre

Lots of fun was had by all during the Hallowe’en dance last Saturday night at the Town Hall in Cherry Valley.  The guests danced the night away to the music by Little Bluff.  Thanks to those members of the Athol Recreation Committee who volunteered to put on this event.   You know who you are!  Thanks to our chili  dinner cookers and helpers Donna, Bonnie, Susan and Shannon.  Our bartenders Billy, Shannon and Candace.  Kudos to those who helped promote, set-up and cleaned up after the event.  Special thanks to the lead organizer of the event Janet Davies.

Food to Share Cook-a-thon!

November 3rd from 10am – 5 pm

Micheal Hoy’s kitchen at 106 Bridge Street, Picton

Drop by any time between 10 am and 5 pm to help transform the Bounty from the County into

nutritious and delicious meals to be later distributed either fresh or frozen through our local community food banks.

Participants are also able to take home some of the prepared dishes too!

No cooking experience necessary.
