will be leading yoga classes for all levels over the Summer at the hall in Cherry Valley!

Session Dates:

Thursday July 16th, 23rd and August 6th, 13th , 20th and 27th.

 5:30-6:45 pm

$5 per session

Mats supplied or bring your own.

(Note: There is no class on July 30th due to Improv Workshop)

Hedy is a retired Professional Engineer, Certified Esthetician and Registered Yoga Teacher. She has been teaching yoga for 5 years and has an ERYT 200hr (Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher) certification at the 200 Hour Level, with over 1000 teaching hours to her credit. She is very shortly completing her RYT 500hr certification. Hedy teaches Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga and Hatha Yoga, often combining the different styles in her classes. She welcomes students at all levels, from beginner to experienced, and looks forward to learning from her students as much as the teaching itself.
