there is an exercise class for seniors sponsored by the Cherry Valley  Women’s Institute.

Gentle to moderate exercise for mature adults using the PRIME TIME FITNESS  video with Bev Harris.

There is no teacher.

Classes are free, all are welcome!

The winter session of yoga classes resume on the 8th of January.

Tuesdays starting January 8th at 5:30pm

Thursdays starting January 10th at 9:30 am

Whether you snowshoe, cross-country ski or just shovel the snow, keep limber and in shape by continuing your yoga practice over the winter months,

$5 drop in fee
