Glad you were able to access the deputation materials. I appreciate your feedback regarding naming conventions on documents for the agenda.
The documentation provided does meet the intent of Part 6 of the Procedural By-Lawhttps://princeedwardcounty.civicweb.net/filepro/documents/4349/?preview=280761. We often have deputants providing fulsome reports, background information and data which they then summarize succinctly in the 10 minutes allotted.
It would be unrealistic, and exceed the role of the Clerk’s Office to determine upon each deputation submission (we have an average of 3 per meeting) if the documentation is or is not “10 minutes worth of information”.
I trust this answers your inquiry and look forward to your deputation tomorrow, should Council waive the rules of Procedure to permit it.
